Multimode Transport Consultants Ltd., the first company of the Group was established in 1980. Aiming the participation in total transportation business specially in the ocean shipping, chartering and brokerage the company was involved in worldwide carrying contracts as well as in agency business. At one point the company owned as many as eight ocean going vessels averaging 16,000 MT capacity. The company also owned good number of local barges in Philippines and Bangladesh. In 1986 company entered in the Automobiles agency business with the sole distributor for Malaysian make Proton car in Bangladesh. MTCL also provides consultancy in transpiration business like rental car, container transportation, etc.
Shortly, A pioneer in transportation services in Bangladesh, delivering support and logistics in air, sea and land routes. This company began its operations in 1980 and provides services domestically and internationally as well. Furthermore it holds the agency for the Malaysian assembled Proton cars.
